At Kids Ride On Spares, we aim to dispatch your order quickly and ensure it arrives safely, wherever you are in the world.

UK Delivery

We offer a simple, flat-rate delivery service across the entire United Kingdom.

  • £4.75 per order
  • Covers England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and UK Islands
  • No hidden surcharges based on location

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation so you know your parts are on their way.

International Delivery

We proudly ship to customers around the world.

  • Worldwide delivery: £19.95 per order
  • One simple flat rate, regardless of the number of items ordered

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may be applied by their country's customs authorities.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you change your mind, you may return your order in accordance with UK consumer regulations.

Returning an Item

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Products should be returned with all original packaging where possible.
  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it.
  • Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, the cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by arranging a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue to help us process your request promptly.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed using your original payment method.

Refunds are typically issued within a few working days of receiving your return, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
